Draftsman – Parsons International Limited The Draftsman performs basic to moderately-difficult design/drafting assignments requiring a working knowledge of design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques. Under the general direction of a higher-level Designer/Drafter, the incumbent at this level typically takes engineering notes, specifications, rough sketches, etc., and formalizes them into working drawings. Assignments are designed to develop a practical knowledge of equipment, facilities, and systems, and their interrelationships within a particular engineering discipline. Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures. Provide project design in electrical engineering services such as preparation of project study reports, project reports, geometric approval drawings, plans, specifications and estimates. Quantities Survey Engineer – Parsons International Limited The Quantities Survey Engineer provides cost support for the various design and construction projects, monitors on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations for assigned projects, and monitors risks/problems and helps develop options to resolve. The Quantities Survey Engineer is responsible to support the reviews, preparation, and assessment of cost estimates and invoices provided by consultants and contractors. Check for accuracy and support the procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents Site Technician – Parsons International Limited The Site Technician under general supervision, performs routine inspection monitoring tasks to confirm if proper construction supervision is being performed by others and that the approved methods statements are being followed. Document non-conformance and may participate in determining appropriate resolution.
